How you start your day truly matters. It is the bridge from your dream state into your waking state, and oftentimes sets the tone for your day. When you allow yourself to gently flow into your day, you set aside specific time to nourish you and honor the cyclical nature of our lives. Morning routines help to build consistency in our sometimes hectic day-to-day and enable our minds to softly enter our day.
